The Sloop is a modern, two bedroom apartment conveniently located close to a host of restaurants and attractions across Poole. With two double bedrooms, the apartment sleeps a maximum of four people with flexible sleeping arrangements. The communal roof terrace overlooks Poole Park, which is minutes away. The Sloop also benefits from a private balcony and parking for two cars on a first come, first serve basis.

Situated on the third floor, the apartment features an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a dining area for four people and integrated appliances to include a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Accessible from the hallway, the shared bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

With a king size bed and open clothes storage, the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with a toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has a super king bed which can be split into two singles upon request (please communicate this at time of booking).

Parking – Off road space for two cars on a first come, first serve basis.

N.B. The car park uses an ANPR system, so please ensure that car registrations are registered before entering the premises. Grandeur Property Management Ltd cannot accept liability for any parking fines received as a result of failure to register your car for the dates of your stay, details of how to do so will be provided.

Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included).

Technology – Free WiFi available

Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The Sloop comes with access to two unallocated parking spaces in the building's private undercroft parking that are available on a first come, first serve basis. This system uses ANPR so please ensure that car's are registered prior to your arrival. Grandeur Property Management cannot accept any liability for parking fines received as a result of not registering your vehicle correctly.

There is also ample access to public transport links. Buses are readily available, as are Poole and Parkstone train stations.

Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds.

Please note that if you are bringing a pet, there is a pet fee of £40 per stay. The pet is limited to hard floor areas only and please respect our house rules by refraining your pets from going on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first if bringing a pet as this is subject to approval.

Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am.

Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide identification as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.
