Belmont Retreat is a beautifully refurbished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Southampton, close to the city centre. Sleeping six guests, this elegant property features spacious rooms, a first floor lounge with outstanding city views and a stunning landscaped garden. THE SPACE

As you make your way up the driveway towards a beautiful palm tree, guests are greeted by the immaculately presented exterior of this stunning property. Two brick steps lead up to the front door.

Family bathroom

The family bathroom is located on the ground floor of this exquisite property.

The family bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, WC, basin with a cupboard for storage, a wall-mounted mirror, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 3

A luxurious haven located on the ground floor. The neutral decor and carpeted flooring create a serene atmosphere, while the spacious layout and abundance of natural light.

This room features a double bed, as well as bedside tables with lamps for late-night reading. The bare wood wardrobe, chest of drawers and built-in shelves provide ample storage.

Bedroom 2

This ground floor bedroom features a stylish monochrome palette, complemented by wooden flooring.

Guests can unwind in the comfortable double bed, flanked by sleek bedside tables with lamps for late-night reading. A 43" Smart TV is also provided for entertainment. Sliding doors which lead out to the rear garden decking, allow an abundance of natural light to flood the room.

The second bedroom has a modern and clean en-suite, boasting a double walk-in rainfall shower. The ensuite also features a WC, built-in cabinets and drawers.

Kitchen

Grey wooden flooring effortlessly flows from the entrance walkway, creating a sleek and modern atmosphere.

A large double oven, hob, American style fridge-freezer and integrated dishwasher make meal preparation and clean up a breeze.

A two seater bistro set provides an easy spot for casual dining, or for catching up on some work.

Sliding doors flood the room with natural light and lead out to the meticulously maintained garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or al fresco dining.

Outdoor space

A stunning multi-level landscaped garden offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This fully enclosed space features a beautiful red brick feature wall, creating a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Relax on the large decked area surrounded by planted beds bursting with an array of verdant plants.

Venture down to the lower level, where an area laid to astroturf with a grey gravel feature surround awaits. Pots of plants add a touch of greenery, while a mature tree in the corner provides a shady spot to unwind.

Lounge

The lounge at Belmont Retreat is the epitome of elegance and relaxation. This spacious room, located on the first floor, boasts stunning double sliding doors that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views over the rear garden and across the treetops of Southampton.

Sink into the large and extremely comfortable corner sofa, perfect for lounging and enjoying the wall-mounted 55" Smart TV.

The dining area within the lounge is a perfect spot for enjoying a meal with family or friends, featuring a six-seater wooden dining table and chairs beneath an impressive skylight.

Master bedroom

The exquisite Master Bedroom is located on the first floor. As you step onto the soft carpeting that continues the neutral tones of the room. The centrepiece of the room is the super king size bed with two stylish bedside tables and lamps.

For entertainment, a wall-mounted 42" Smart TV has been installed. A large walk-in wardrobe with automatic lighting provides ample storage space.

The master bedroom has an en-suite. The walk-in shower, WC and basin are not only pristine but the en-suite is also equipped with modern amenities.

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
