Chalice Close is a modern maisonette apartment in Ashley Cross within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. With two double bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, the apartment sleeps a maximum of four people across two floors. It benefits from two garage parking spaces and Juliette balconies.

The Space:

The first floor of the property is kept bright and spacious by the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with three Juliette balconies and three skylights. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer, oven, 5 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a three seater sofa with two arm chairs around a smart TV. A large dining table and breakfast bar also are main features of the room.

Bedroom two (double bed) is also located on the first floor alongside a shared bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and towel rail.

Down the flight of stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a super-king bed (can be split into two singles upon request), with ensuite (bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel rail) and walk-in wardrobe space. There is also convenient storage cupboards on the lower ground floor. Please note, the lower ground floor can also be accessed via the garages, and is locked separately for your convenience.

Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
