Carbery Ridge is a modern townhouse, close to Southbourne and Tuckton high-streets which host a variety of independent restaurants and shops. With three double bedrooms the property sleeps a maximum of 8 people, across three floors and is minutes away from Southbourne Beach. It benefits from a private garden, balcony and off road parking for one car.
The Space:
The ground floor of the property is dominated by a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a door leading to the private garden space. A fully equipped kitchen incorporates integrated appliances including an electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher. It is completed by a downstairs WC and separate utility area with a washing machine for your convenience.
The stairs to the first floor lead to bedrooms two (double room), three (twin room) and the family bathroom (bath, shower, sin, toilet and towel rail).
A further flight of stairs to the second floor take you to the master bedroom (double room) and ensuite (shower, toilet, sink and towel rail).
Parking – Off road space for one car
Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included).
Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. no pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed
