Ashcroft House is a modern and recently built property located just two minutes away from the stunning Bournemouth beachfront. A beautiful red brick building, Ashcroft House offers a luxurious retreat for those seeking a peaceful seaside

getaway.

Everything you need to know about the house...

At the front of the property on the block paved driveway there is space to the left of the house to park 2 cars. There is also street parking in the marked bays for free with no restrictions. Access to the property is through the lovely grey door at the front of the building. Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by a welcoming hallway. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor ensuring you will not get cold toes! Guests are welcome to use the complimentary WiFi to sign into your preferred streaming platforms during your stay.

Lounge

The lounge at Ashcroft House is a cozy room that boasts a modern design with blue panelled walls and modern chandelier lighting. Here we have the perfect place for snuggling up and watching your favourite shows on the large 60 inch TV after a day of exploring.

Kitchen & Dining room

The stunning well equipped open plan kitchen is a room for socialising and being together. The blue cabinets are well arranged and provide all the necessary equipment that a large group needs to be able to cook a fabulous meal. The expansive countertop space is perfect for preparing meals, with plenty of cupboard storage for all your supplies as well. Amenities include an induction hob, oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, pull out bin and dishwasher. We provide somdish washing liquid, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, coffee, tea and sugar to help get you started. The large oak dining table can comfortably seat up to eight guests and the counter height breakfast bar has 4 high backed stools. Bifold doors at the end of the room

open to reveal a view of the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience. There is also another seating area, which is the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or for accommodating large groups. 

Utility room

A washing machine and tumble dryer ensures guests can keep their wardrobes fresh and clean throughout their stay. There is a worktop to fold laundry on and a rack for hanging coats etc.

Garden

Accessed through bi-fold doors from the dining room, this fully enclosed private garden offers a serene retreat. The porcelain tiled patio area features a round wooden table with six chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. There is also an outside shower for anyone who needs to clean the sand off from a good day at the beach. There is also a storage box with beach and garden toys for the children.

Master bedroom (King size bed)

Located on the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, complemented by rattan bedside tables and lamps. The room features a TV, full size wardrobe, small dressing table and stool, hairdryer, ottoman at the end of the bed, & dresser drawers. Natural light floods the room through the window overlooking the front of the property, styled with calm colours and tropical wallpaper this room is a real retreat. The beautifully designed ensuite comprises a WC, mirror, and basin with drawers for storage, heated towel rail, and large rainfall shower. Towels and bathmat are provided.

Bedroom 2 (Twin Beds or Super King)

Located on the first floor, bedroom 2 can be either two twin beds or a super king ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. (The bed is made as a super king unless otherwise requested.) The designer wallpaper gives a nod to seaside living.

There is a large hanging rail to help store your belongings.

Bedroom 3 (Twin Beds or Super King)

Located on the first floor, bedroom 3 can also be either two twin beds or a super king (The bed is made as a super king unless otherwise requested.) There is a bedside table with a lamp, an open wardrobe, and dresser drawers.

Family bathroom

Located on the first floor, this fully tiled bathroom has a bath/shower, vanity unit, mirror, WC and heated towel rail. We provide bath towels, a bathmat, and a hand towel.

Bedroom 4 (double bed)

Situated on the second floor, this room features a comfortable small double bed with bedside tables and a reading lamp, an open wardrobe for your belongings, a small dressing table and a sofa bed (Sofa bed linen is provided for you to make the bed up if required)

Family bathroom (second floor)

The bathroom on the second floor is a real bonus, equipped with a WC, basin, and large walk-in shower with a rainfall head, providing a rejuvenating experience after a long day at the beach. We provide bath towels, a bathmat, and a hand towel.

Bedroom 5 (2 single beds)

This delightful twin room located on the second-floor features two comfortable single beds, bedside tables, reading lights, dressing table with stool, mirror, and an open wardrobe, perfect for friends or family to share. There is a Velux window that

floods the space with natural light. This is a well-designed room with a funky coastal vibe.

Please note we have 2 sofa beds in the house and provide one set of linen for use. You are free to choose which of the two beds you would like to use.
