The Space
This exceptional detached home has been carefully curated by a local interior design company, the result being a haven of elegance and sophistication, with an abundance of space both inside and out.

The sleek open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area is fanstastic for larger groups, offering a social hub of the home, where everyone can come together whether they are cooking, playing games at the table or chilling & watching a film in the lounge. The bi-fold doors onto the deck and outside seating area really add to the atmosphere making the space even larger and providing a place to soak up the sun and still be involved with the rest of your group!

The Bedrooms
The gorgeously contemporary bedrooms each offer a space of complete calm. Lighting and design have been carefully considered to ensure you find the bedrooms a place of undisturbed relaxation. While the living area of this property has been designed as a social space, the bedrooms offer privacy and rest - with a Smart TV in the larger three bedrooms for some chill alone time! For your convenience the three larger bedrooms have USB charging points, a Smart TV and a suitcase stand. Every room has space for hanging clothes and there are two hairdryers (master and second bedrooms).

Please note that the beds in the three larger bedrooms can be set up as super king size beds or as twins - we usually set up as two super king size and one twin room plus the fourth bedroom with the bunk beds. If you would like a different configuration please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival.

The Kitchen
The kitchen in this property is bright and welcoming and is a very pleasant space to make a group meal, or to do some baking for fun! The kitchen has a breakfast bar, USB charging points, and our personal favourite - an integrated wine fridge! The kitchen flows into the dining area which has a large feature table and seating to accommodate you and the rest of your party.

The Bathroom
All bathrooms in the property have been recently refurbished and are sparkling clean. Upstairs you will find a modern and light family bathroom with a bath which has a shower overhead. Downstairs you will find a shower room with attractive patterned tiles.

The Garden
The garden offers a large deck area complete with an outdoor corner sofa and table - great for outside dining and socalising. There is also an area laid to lawn, perfect for sunbathing! At the rear of the garden there is a lockable shed available for private use - perhaps for storing prams, bikes or paddleboards etc during your stay. You will also find some garden games that you are welcome to use in the shed.
