The Space
Step into River Way Retreat through a light and modern hallway, adorned with beautiful herringbone parquet flooring. The immediate sense of space invites you to explore the rest of the residence. The play of natural light on the flooring sets a welcoming tone, hinting at the contemporary elegance that unfolds throughout the property.

Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area
You will then pass through double doors to unveil an expansive open plan oasis. The bright, modern aesthetic is accentuated by spotlights, herringbone floors, and neutral decor. Your eyes are irresistibly drawn to the impressive bi-fold doors, seamlessly framing the outdoor space. Whether you're in the lounge, kitchen, or dining area, this integrated space creates an atmosphere of luxury and connectivity.

Living Area
The living area is a sanctuary of comfort and style. Featuring a luxurious 3 seater royal blue sofa, a velvet 2 seater, glass coffee table, soft area rug, console table, and a 70” Smart TV, it is the ideal setting for relaxation and entertainment.

Every detail has been carefully curated to provide a perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort. Guests are invited to use the complimentary WiFi and sign in to their preferred streaming platforms during their stay.

The living area includes a dedicated desk and office chair for those who need to work during their stay.

Kitchen
A culinary haven boasting stylish dark blue cabinets, a white marble central island featuring a gas hob, and brushed gold fixtures throughout. The central island, with seating, transforms this space into a social hub and is the ideal spot for a morning coffee, or for mixing a custom cocktail in the evening.

Complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and wine fridge, this kitchen is a perfect blend of functionality and sophistication.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the utility room echoes the same stylish design. A double sink, ironing board, and integrated washing machine and dryer cater to your practical needs. A single back door offers a convenient side exit, ensuring both form and function are seamlessly integrated.

Dining Area
In the dining area, contemporary style takes centre stage. A large white oval table, on-trend acrylic seating and a palm tree in the corner create a visually pleasing ambiance. With seating for six, it's the perfect spot for a delightful dining experience for families and groups.

Outdoor Space & Plunge Pool
Bi-fold doors open to a mesmerising outdoor space, the highlight of the property. A modern porcelain patio, heated plunge pool, natural pond and built-in seating area with a fire pit are all enclosed by contemporary cedar fencing.

The small raised vegetable patch adds a touch of sustainability to this enchanting communal space. Our gardener will place any produce that is suitable for consumption by guests in the garden seating area (this service is seasonal).

Please be advised that although the pool is heated, it is only available for use in the summer months. If you are travelling with children, please consider the suitability of the property before booking.

Downstairs WC
The ground floor hosts a chic WC, where a privacy window allows natural light to fill the space. Marble tiles, stylish matte walls and gold fittings create a sophisticated atmosphere, ensuring both functionality and elegance.

Master Bedroom
Adjacent to the living area, the master bedroom invites relaxation and serenity with a grey upholstered king-size bed, a luxurious blue and gold colour palette and double doors leading to a spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The carpeted walk-in wardrobe is adorned with a full-length mirror and a yellow accent chair and offers plenty of space for storing clothes and getting ready in style during your stay.

Master En-suite
The ensuite bathroom, accessed from the walk in wardrobe, is a large, boutique-style retreat. Royal blue subway tiles in a herringbone pattern, twin sinks, brushed gold fixtures, and a walk-in double shower with a rainfall head showcase luxury.

A striking living wall accompanies a freestanding bath, creating an oasis of relaxation. The WC and heated towel rail complete this lavish space. We will provide mini toiletries and towels for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2
Located on the first floor, Bedroom 2 is a beautiful sanctuary with large apex windows, neutral decoration and ample natural light. It features a 60” Smart TV, a dressing table with mirror and stool, a luxury upholstered double sleigh bed, bedside tables and a full-length mirror.

Bedroom 3
Also on the first floor, Bedroom 3 is a neutral haven with a double bed, bedside tables, a two-seater sofa, and two accent chairs. A juliet balcony invites natural light and overlooks the back garden and swimming pool.

The room includes a single futon bed, please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this during your stay.

First floor Bathroom
A stunning retreat, featuring a living ceiling, wooden accents, beautiful textured grey tiling and a walk-in shower with a rainfall head. A luxury bathtub, velux window for natural light, WC, bespoke basin with a vanity unit and wall-mounted mirror and a heated towel rail complete this exquisite space. With two doors, it provides access for both bedroom 3 and bedroom 2, ensuring convenience and privacy.

We will provide mini toiletries and towels for use during your stay.
