The Space
Upon arrival you will be struck by the modern architecture and landscaping of this recently completed property. Carberry Lux offers multi-level living across three floors with a sleek and sophisticated ambiance. The expansive ground floor encompasses a WC and generous living, kitchen, and dining area that exudes a remarkable sense of space. Bathed in natural light, this area features dimmable spotlights that enhance the ambiance. The flooring is adorned with a soothing light grey hardwood finish, adding to the overall elegance.

Kitchen
The kitchen boasts a sleek and modern aesthetic, with pristine white cabinetry. It comes equipped with essential appliances including an electric oven, an induction hob, and a dishwasher to make cooking and cleaning a breeze. There is a high table with a pair of stools against one wall, and with WiFi included, this is the perfect spot to get some studying or work done. You will also find a utility room housing a washing machine for your use during your stay.

Dining Area / Lounge
The dining area features a contemporary glass dining table with upholstered chairs and ample seating for eight guests. The open plan feel of this area is ideal for cooking and entertaining. The lounge area is adorned with a 65" wall-mounted Smart TV and tastefully decorated in a soothing neutral colour palette, incorporating a variety of textures. It features a spacious sofa bed and three chic accent chairs, offering both comfort and style. You are welcome to use the Smart TV to login to your preferred streaming platform during your stay.
