Meet Simone Ritchie, Director and Property Litigator and proud owner of the beautiful Mayfield House in the popular area of Penn Hill, perfectly place between Poole and Bournemouth.
We welcomed Mayfield House to the portfolio in early autumn, offering guests a stylish modern home-from-home to enjoy for short stays or family holidays. Working with host, Simone, to get Mayfield house guest-ready was an absolute pleasure.
We caught up with Simone to hear about her experience with Grandeur Property and letting so far.
What do you think guests will love most about Mayfield House?
I hope people feel it’s warm, inviting, and homely – lots of rugs, cushions, and little touches that show it’s a family home, right down to the kids’ games, books, toys, and the slide in the garden!
How did you find working with Grandeur?
Great communication, speedy responses and they just get things done!
