  • Our client came to us with a clear vision to design a unique high end holiday apartment in the coastal area of Poole. They did not have the time to design the property in house and wanted to leverage our expertise. They put their faith in what we could produce and gave us control over the concept, colour, themes and styles.

  • The client received the full package. An outsourced service that took away all of the time and pain of sourcing, designing, building and styling a property. We had full control over the layout and were able to showcase the massive benefits of creating a premium product that delivers premium returns.

    The design and layout of a furnished holiday is one of the most important aspects of your business.   • The clients wanted to expand their business and get onto the property ladder. They had been advised on the advantages of operating a property as a furnished holiday let and decided to give it a try with the hope of increasing their assets cashflow.

    The clients undertook the project themselves, completely gutting and refurbishing an old and outdated one bedroom house in the popular coastal area of Southbourne. Even the client’s partners pitched in to keep costs low, completely finishing and styling the property themselves.

    They could see the potential in being located right on the cliffside with sea views and great links to the local beaches and tourist attractions. The property was quite small but came with a large outdoor area that had long been neglected. Being landscapers by trade, the client saw a huge opportunity to reinvent the outdoor space and create a real surf pod/beach vibe to this unique property - including an outdoor shower!

  • The results have been astonishing and the clients vision has been a huge success. They have created their own unique selling point with proximity to the beach, outside shower, sea view balcony and garden area. The outdoor space, bi-folding doors and balcony give this small one bed property a real luxury and spacious feel. The balcony leads out onto a small seating area that looks over the ocean and Isles of Purbeck - a feature not many properties have.

    The space and design have paid dividends for the clients' hard work. The property, although small, has been one of the more popular properties in our portfolio, boasting high occupancy rates throughout the summer and winter seasons. We are able to charge nightly rates similar to a two bed due to the bespoke nature of the property. With the success they have seen from their first investment, the client is now looking for property number two with the aim to deliver a similar experience.

  • The client had purchased two, one bedroom apartments in the heart of Bournemouth town centre and had remodelled the units into two, two bedroom apartments, adding value to the properties. The client was letting them out on a standard tenancy agreement but had heard of furnished holiday lets and was interested in diversifying their portfolio and increasing the cashflow achievable from their assets.

    The client came to us with a clear intention to modernise the properties and have them set up for the business and holiday let market. The client lacked the time and knowledge to design and style the properties themselves.

  • We really wanted to help the client and referred them to an interior design company we partner with called Jigsaw Interior Design. Jigsaw were able to work with the client to set a budget and a desired outcome. The properties were quite compact, however Jigsaw did a fantastic job of opening up the space and showcasing a great modern design whilst ensuring the space was practical and fit for market.

    The outcome was fantastic and delivered within a two week window giving us plenty of time to advertise and capitalise on the holiday let market going into the spring/summer. The design was different to anything in the local area and really stood out on all of the booking platforms. As the listing has matured we have seen that the design aspect has had a direct effect on the guest review scores and has enabled us to increase the nightly rates from our target.

  • The client had purchased a character 2 bedroom apartment and had a clear vision for what they wanted to create in a brilliant coastal area of central Bournemouth. They wanted to capitalise on the tourist demand and could see the benefit of investing in the design and layout of their property to increase their profits.

    The client did not have the time due to a busy work schedule to redesign and style the property. They outsourced this to a professional to obtain the best results.

  • The client saw the power in leveraging experts and professionals and the outcome was beyond our expectations. The property was restructured with the kitchen and lounge being knocked into one open plan room and the family bathroom and ensuite modernised. By updating the flooring and wall colours, the interior design company did a fantastic job in bringing the property to life. The final details in their choice of furnishing, colour pallet and finishing touches gave the property a truly luxurious feel.

    The cliff-top location and high end finish of the property really set the listing apart from all other competitors in the close area, nothing had been done to this standard. Simply put, changing the layout of the property, modernising the space and giving the property a premium feel has paid dividends to their asset. They now have a property that they can charge at premium prices, attracting a premium guest type and creating premium returns.
