The space

Seafield suite is a spacious first-floor apartment just 5 minutes from Southbourne beach. Check out SoBo beach for fun events like beach yoga or party DJ takeovers. Enjoy easy access to Southbourne Grove with its vibrant cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants. Seafield Park is nearby, with play equipment, a cafe, and sports facilities. Excellent transport links to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and the New Forest. Please note, respect noise levels; our neighbor lives directly below. Maximum of 4 guests.

THE SPACE

As you approach this spacious property, you will be greeted by plentiful on-street parking, ensuring a stress-free arrival. Ascend the steps to the shared porch, where you will find your own private front door. The entrance hall offers ample room to hang your coats and store your shoes. Carpeted stairs lead to the accommodation, which is located on the first floor.

COURTESY AND RESPECT

We kindly ask all our guests to be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Our neighbor lives directly below the apartment, so it's important to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening and night. Please avoid playing loud music or making excessive noise that might disturb them.

Additionally, we ask that no more than four guests stay in the apartment at any time. This helps maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for everyone. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and ensures a positive experience for all our guests and neighbors.

Lounge/diner

This very large carpeted room boasts dual aspect windows that overlook the front and back of the property, as well as additional windows to the side that flood the space with natural light. The back window offers a pleasant view over treetops and rooftops, creating a serene backdrop for relaxation. Admire the striking feature safari wallpaper and ambient sconce lights. Guests can sink into the comfort of the fabric three seater L shaped sofa or the two seater sofa, perfect for lounging in front of the 50" Smart TV or enjoying the warmth of the electric fireplace.

Guests are welcome to use the complimentary WiFi to sign in to their preferred streaming platforms.

A large rectangular dining table seats six guests, making this room ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying a meal with loved ones.

Master bedroom

The calming blue colour palette in the master bedroom exudes tranquillity. This spacious room is carpeted for added comfort and features a large window overlooking the peaceful rear of the property.

The focal point of the room is the stunning wooden king size sleigh bed, complemented by matching wooden bedside tables with lamps. A chest of drawers provides ample storage space and the full length wall mounted mirror is perfect for ensuring you look your best.

The ensuite to the master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling tiles in crisp white tones with accent tiles in shades of grey for a modern touch. The en-suite is equipped with a WC, curved enclosed shower and basin with a mirrored cabinet above. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2

The spacious second bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. The wooden bedside table with a soft lamp provides a warm and inviting ambiance, while the desk and chair offer a convenient workspace for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

Natural light floods the room through the large windows overlooking the front of the property, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A wall-mounted mirror is both functional and decorative, while the large double wardrobe with drawers offers ample storage space for your belongings.

Family bathroom

Classic grey tiled flooring complements marble effect walls in this spacious bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a WC, basin and a window with privacy glass. Relax and unwind in the shower over the bath and enjoy the added comfort of a heated towel rail. The wall mounted mirrored cabinet provides ample storage space for all your toiletries. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Kitchen

Enter the elegant kitchen of Seafield Suite through a charming feature archway from the hall. The kitchen is equipped with a freestanding American style fridge freezer, perfect for keeping your groceries fresh during your stay.

The terracotta floor tiles add a touch of warmth to the room, complementing the dark worktops and light cabinets beautifully. Cooking is a delight with the 5 ring electric hob, warming drawer, separate electric oven, and integrated microwave at your disposal.

Cleaning up is as quick as a flash with the convenient dishwasher, allowing you to enjoy the pleasant garden views from the windows without worrying about the mess.
